Acne affects both men and women including teenagers, and it occurs in areas of the body such as the face, at the back and also on the chest.

What causes the chest acne?
There are so many causes of acne in the body, but the primary cause is known to be the androgen. Androgen is a form of the hormones found in the body, and once puberty hits the hormones tend to increase hence triggering the breakout of acne. How does androgen trigger acne growth? When the level of androgen rises in the body, the hormones make the skin to stretch whereby the oil glands expand as well increasing the number of oil production. The oils are then carried together with the bacteria to the skin through the glands attached to the main oil glands which cause bacteria formation on the skin due to the dead cells present resulting to acne.

Other causes

Greasy cosmetics
If your skin is oily, then you should consider using body creams that are powdered to avoid increasing oils in your skin. In the case where you use greasy creams or oils, the skin oils tend to mix with the applied oils hence forming bacteria in the skin which results to acne.

Stress can also trigger the development of acne. Note that when some people are stressed, they result to eating fatty foods or unhealthy meals which causes them to increase the level of oil production in the skin. Stress may also affect the hormones in the bodies of some people, if there is any hormonal change, then acne tends to develop.

Medicine with androgen
Taking medications that are high in androgen may also cause you to develop acne. This is because the drugs increase the level of hormone androgen in the body.

A Healthy skin eats Healthy foods

Everyone likes a smooth skin, however to earn that kind of skin texture requires deliberate focus and a proper nutrition for your skin.
Major skin disorders including the whole spectrum of acne and skin itching diseases can mostly be prevented by feeding the skin on nutrients that aid it to resist the triggers that cause skin disorders. Causes of skin disorders are both internal and external.
The internal are predominantly dictated by the body system emitting harmful toxins into the skin, and the skins consistent failure to exude them out of its layers while the external factors are dominated by sunrays, germs and contagious carriers. These two factors combine and lead to a process known as inflammation. Inflammation manifests in different ways causing different skin disorders.
The good news is that inflammation can be stopped or even prevented. Just like the muscles and bones in our body are rebuilt, guarded and maintained by different foods, so is the skin. There is a wide range of anti-inflammatory spices, herbs and foods at our disposal.
Anti – inflammatory spices.
When it comes to fighting inflammation, nothing can beat the combination of turmeric, cinnamon and ginger. Turmeric helps to exude toxins and opens the skin pores so that the skin is able to breathe well while cinnamon is an enemy of all the bacteria and germs that are in the skin. Our friend ginger enhances healthy sweating. The three can be grated or pounded together and applied directly on the skin.
Skin building foods.
Fish contains Omega 3 and 6 oils that quicken the process of rebuilding the cells in the skin while preventing further cellular damage. Avocado oils are also a great source of protein that feeds the skin giving it a smooth feel and glowing look. Avocado oils also give your skin stability in the oils it emits out preventing acne related skin disorders.
The fact is, anyone can achieve freedom from an impurity infested skin with the everyday remedies that can all be found in our homes. These foods and spices will rebuild, repair and protect your skin.

Sweating is good for your skin

The deodorant and perfume section of the supermarket is awash with a jungle of options mostly promising to prevent or deal with your sweating patterns because there is just a bad rapport between sweat and its owner. Sweat is viewed as inconveniencing at times and embarrassing.
Sweat has been defined by most as a salty, smelly liquid produced by glands in the skin. To add that it is normal is to over emphasize a fact that many want to disregard today and to say that it is important is another factor that many despise.
The cooling effect.
The layer of skin estimated to be the height and breadth of the human body performs the same work that the radiator does for the engine. However, that cooling system is only possible through a process called sweating. If there was no sweating, the body would be at risk of overheating and burning.
Toxins outlet.
The body is an aggressive machine that produces toxins and one easy way of excreting them is through the skin. These toxins are comprised of excess salt and fats. If there was no sweating, the toxins would be stuck into the body rendering it dull and void.
The next time you sweat; just remember that you are lucky not to be in fumes or an intoxicated bag of flesh. And when you order your favorite deodorant, the goal should not be to fight against sweat but to embrace it. A healthy skin needs sweating.
